We live in the town of Round Hill, in western Loudoun County, VA, 22 miles from Ranson. On the weekends, I take my 6 year old and 2 year old boys to Shenandoah Junction to watch CSX and Norfolk Southern. We also frequent Morgan Park. While we are not Jefferson County residents, we frequently wish we were. We love your county. We frequent your businesses. We make friends at your park. Please don’t ruin your gorgeous county over business and money. If that appeal is alone not enough, please be advised that Loudoun County residents are already looking into our legal options as an interested party. Air pollution does not follow the county and state lines on an arbitrary map. We will not allow corrupt city officials of Jefferson County to pollute all of us, including your own children.REPORT COMMENTS

From southern WV and was so excited to move back to my home state after 22 years away. Bought a home in Jefferson County for the schools and beautiful rural area away from the crazy DC metro. We are a commuter household who can afford to live deeper into the metro but why would you with all this so close, but if this comes in what will it do to the health, beauty, real estate market and lifestyle we all moved here for? For a measley 150 jobs and more pollutants than one can count on two hands? Not to mention the outrageous tax incentives our county has given. Why not offer that up to companies who don't spew at these crazy levels? I don't live in Ranson but I'm a couple of miles up the road. What about Us? Very concerned citizen.REPORT COMMENTS
