This whole deal has a bad air about it. there should never have been a deal made behind closed doors, with no public input. The fact that 12 members of the development board all resigned at once, tells me that there was something wrong with the deal from the start. I have lived in Jefferson County for more than 40 years and this is the worst thing that could happen to our family oriented, tourism driven, historic community. I hope that all who are voting on the rezoning, will vote against it. I would like to see someone at the top level of WV. government get involved, they would insure my vote.REPORT COMMENTS
